Here is my journal entry...I need to find some more juicy gossip. I will take a highlighter to this thing and pull out some important stuff!!!
This weekend was busy, blah blah blah....ok here is the some funny stuff: January 20, 1990
My friend Megan and I went to the basketball game and we decided we wanted to do something after the game. We asked Jenny Koxk if we could have a ride to my house. She said yes but needed to wait for her boyfriend Mike Brady. At around 9:30 she said she was ready to go. We came home, nothing was on so we decided to eat. (this journal entry is very detailed). My brother and his best friend came home and they had a movie with them so we sat and watched it with them. Megan and I got bored quick so we went upstairs and prank called people. We found out that Cindy Fowler had no parents home, so we then called people that we knew Cindy was friends with and told them she was having a party. Still to this day, I am not sure if anyone showed up at Cindy's house. Our plan was for people to just start showing up and for her to have to tell them to go away. Now I lay here thinking about how mean we were being. Why did we do that? I wouldn't want someone doing that to me! I am listening to "Jealous Guy" by John Lennon. I need to get a ride to school tomorrow morning because the guys have a breakfast at coaches, so girls don't have morning practices. I would ask Megan's brother Devin, but he picks up Dan O and I am SO IN LOVE with him it would just be too awkward....maybe I will ask someone else.
February Vacation - Dave Eklund's party
Well, this is a 14 page entry so I will just sum up the boringness....
It's Tuesday, I just went and saw Sleeping with the Enemy with Kierston Foley and some girls. We went to House of Pizza with Kiely, Kierston, Joe Murphy, Jason Blood, and then we dropped off Kiely at Beth Laliberte's house. The rest of us headed straight over to Dave Eklund's house. Not many people were there, but quite a few. After a half hour, Tom showed up. Kierston had NO IDEA that her boyfriend Kyle was already at the party, because he was upstairs hooking up with Sarah Jordan allllll night. Kyle never even knew she was there. If I were her, I would've had a hard time not pounding on the door! I got in a big fight with Tom G because he found out I like Jason O. While Tom is yelling at me on the stairs, a big fight broke out with Jason Blood and pretty much everyone at the party. It moved outside. Kierston left and I went over to Megan's for the night to sleep over. The next night Tom called and apologized but I was mad. Both Megan's boyfriend Chris and Jason were away for vacation, so we couldn't sneak out anywhere. The weekend after vaca, CP called Megan & I was sleeping at her house so we made plans to go over there. We called Sheilah and told her to come over too. Before long, the 3 of us were walking to CP's house. There was me, Jason, Nick, Sheilah, Megan, and Piss (clearly a nickname for Chris Pachios lol). We got there and went to the room above his garage. Jason & I played ping pong for a while, and then Keith Totten and Jason McGeachey showed up for about 5 mins. At one point, we all went down to the living room. Sheila & Nick were on the couch, Jaosn & I went over the the National Geographic game and we played it most of the night. Chris and Megan were playing Wheel of Fortune Nintendo game and then they went for walk. When they came back, Jason & I had been going through old pictures of those guys when they were growing up, so the 4 of us sat around looking at pics. I have no clue where Sheilah & Nick were, probably still on a walk...all in all it was a great night.
Haaaaaa! I love the ending to this... "All in all it was a great night." A GREAT NIGHT? I guess it didn't take much for us to be entertained.
ReplyDeleteI have NO recollection of this, but I really want to play the Wheel of Fortune video game like... RIGHT NOW.
I'm also pretty sure that "went for a walk" means "were making out in the garage."
I have GOT to go find some old journals.
PS - Nice profile picture. You look great.
